Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Legal Disclaimer
The information in this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is provided by Texas Meat Mafia Events & Catering, LLC (“Texas Meat Mafia,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and applies to all catering, event, and food service bookings made through our website, in person, by phone, email, or online form.
By booking our services, submitting payment, or signing a proposal or catering agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. This Policy is not intended as legal advice. For legal questions, please consult an attorney.
Refund Policy – The Basics
We work hard to plan, purchase, prepare, and staff your event. Because catering involves custom food preparation, perishable ingredients, advance labor scheduling, and equipment allocation, refunds are limited and time‑sensitive.
Here are the core principles of our refund policy:
-
Deposits are always non‑refundable.
-
Refund eligibility decreases as the event date gets closer.
-
Special‑order items, rentals, and third‑party vendor costs are never refundable once purchased or reserved.
-
Labor, prep time, and food costs committed to your event may be deducted from any eligible refund.
-
If Texas Meat Mafia is unable to perform services for reasons outside our control (force majeure), partial refunds or credits may apply.
Below is a clear breakdown of all key refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms in a user‑friendly format.
1. Deposits & Booking Requirements
-
A non‑refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your event date.
-
Your event is not confirmed until both the signed proposal and deposit are received.
